Mozu's "Chiisana Himitsu no Sekai" exhibition

Mozu Art Work - Chiisana Himitsu no Sekai -," an exhibition of works by Kiyotaka Mizukoshi, known for his miniature "Kobito Series" and other works, opened at the Yokohama Takashimaya Gallery (1 Minami-Saiwai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama) on August 11, 2012. Kiyotaka Mizukoshi recreated his own room in miniature when he was in his second year of high school, attracting attention on SNS, and after graduation he set up his own business. His "Dwarf Series," realistic miniature works that make it seem as if a dwarf lives in a corner of the room, have attracted a lot of attention, and he has a large following on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social networking sites. In addition to the "Dwarf Series," the exhibition will feature his first work created when he was in high school, a stop-motion animation featuring his original characters "Maru and Patch," a trick rakugaki that looks three-dimensional, and a miniature work used in the opening of the anime "Crayon Shin-chan. Some of the miniature works in acrylic cases can be viewed from the front and back, and there is a photo corner at the entrance where visitors can enlarge the works and feel as if they are inside the miniatures. With the exception of a few pieces, photography is allowed. Yokohama Motomachi Food Fair 2022

Motomachi Craftsmanship Street, a shopping district promotion association, will hold the "Yokohama Motomachi Food Fair" on September 3 (Sat.) and 4 (Sun.), 2022, featuring Motomachi Naka-dori Avenue and other restaurants, food stores, and beauty and health-related stores in Motomachi, Yokohama. The theme of this year's Yokohama Motomachi Food Fair is "Revival," and it will be held for the 20th time in three years.
