Yokohama Best Gourmet Burgers

Starting July 11 (Mon.), eight gourmet burgers will be available at the American dining restaurant "Quays Pacific Grill" in Yokohama Hammerhead.

The chef's burgers are perfect for pairing with craft beer from the brewery "Number Nine Brewery" which is also located in the same building!

Let us introduce you to the lineup.This year's lineup includes eight types of burgers.

The "Chipotle BBQ Burger" has an appetizing spicy sauce made from chipotle (smoked chili pepper), and the "Double Keys Burger" is a burger that looks impressive as well.

Although these burgers are generous in volume, the best way to enjoy them is to gobble them up without cutting them into pieces!

Taiwan Gourmet Fair

The "Taiwan Festival in Yokohama Akarenga 2022" will be held at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse (Shinko 1, Naka-ku, Yokohama City) from July 30 to August 14. The festival aims to provide a bridge between Japan and Taiwan by enabling visitors to experience Taiwan through food such as "night market delicacies" from various regions of Taiwan. Shaved ice with popular Taiwanese toppings such as mango, pineapple, mung bean, tapioca, and boiled peanuts will be available, as well as "Taiwanese cool noodles (taiwan lian mien)" at the beef noodle booth. In addition to "whole pineapple juice" made from the rare and valuable "milk pineapple," there will be stalls selling Taiwanese sponge cake and pineapple cake, as well as Taiwan festival staples such as xiaolongbao, daijiaoxi, beef noodles, and rooniku rice, and other Taiwan festival staples such as "green onion oil cake," "fried squid," "salted chicken," "Salted Chicken", "Stinky Tofu", "Noodle Noodles", "Mien-Sheng", "Di-Gua Chow", and other typical Taiwanese night market stall foods. There will also be gourmet foods that can be taken home, such as Taiwanese railroad lunchboxes called "pai ku han". The Taiwan merchandise booth will offer a variety of Taiwanese snacks, beverages, seasonings, and sundries.
